Mt Pleasant police officers were sent to Mt Pleasant High School twice on Friday when three students were spotted with chewing tobacco. The first officer was called just after 8:00AM, when a 15-year-old student was caught chewing in class. About an hour later, another officer was called when two 14-year-olds were caught chewing. All three students received citations for being a minor in possession of tobacco.
