The North Carolina Tar Heels avenged their national championship game loss from 2016, defeating Gonzaga 71-65 in the NCAA basketball final four title game Monday night. The game was largely an unwatchable free throw contest until the final minutes when North Carolina’s Justin Jackson hit a critical 3-pointer to put the Tar Heels ahead for good.
