The arbitrator in the case between Central Michigan University and the Faculty association ruled in favor of the university over their decision to not reappoint Sara Kubik. The Faculty Association claimed CMU violated its union contract when Kubik wasn’t reappointed in 2014, and she was denied a tenure clock delay for her pregnancy.
