Union Township scheduled a public hearing for the July 27th board of trustees meeting to discuss an enforcement ordinance for Indian Pines Park. The ordinance would allow both Mt Pleasant and the township to to enforce rules on the property. Intern Manager Bill Newark also announced at Wednesday’s township meeting that he will officially resign on July 24th, the day before new Union Township manager Mark Stuhldreher assumes the role.
