A federal arbitrator postponed a ruling on Friday in arbitration case between Central Michigan University and former journalism professor Sara Kubik. Kubik asked the arbitrator to determine whether CMU had probable cause to not reappoint her in September of 2014. Kubik could return to her position if the arbitrator rules in her favor.
