The Midland County Board of Commissioners hosted a presentation from attorney Mike Behm about a civil lawsuit, regarding pricing gouging for insulin during it’s Executive Committee of the Whole meeting, that was held yesterday morning. Mr. Behm gave the board a chance to join as a party in the case, which could result in a large settlement for the county.
