The Broadway Theatre is currently accepting donations through a GoFundMe page to replace the theaters AC system.  The current system was installed 20 years ago & built from re-conditioned equipment, at the time.  The Friends of the Broadway board of trustees are also faced with replacing the entire mid-century rooftop, cooling chill & compressor with a completely new system.
