The body recovered in Saginaw County inside a drainage ditch in St. Charles, has been confirmed to be that of the missing Flushing woman who went missing in October. Kelly McWhirters body was found on Nov 29th.  The body had significant trauma & the clothing matched the last known clothing she was wearing the night she disappeared. Dental records & DNA were able to positively ID the victim as her.
