Chippewa Hills and Culinary Institute of America graduate Michael Earle asked for help from the community to open an artisan bread bakery in downtown Mt Pleasant. The 25-year-old native of Barryton plans to call the bakery Central Michigan Bread Company. He’s hoping to raise a flexible goal of $150,000 within the next two months.
