A federal judge ordered 35-year-old Isabella County man Mark Vasquez Jr. to 46 months in federal prison for strangling an ex-girlfriend. A federal jury convicted Vasquez on January 26th. According to the testimony, he strangled the woman from behind, pushed her against a kitchen counter top, and left marks on her body during the March 11, 2016 incident.
