In a battle of division leaders, the Central Michigan Chippewas fell 6-5 to Kent State in 10 innings on Sunday in Ohio. CMU trailed 4-0, but battled back to a 5-4 lead before giving up runs in the 9th and 10th for the loss. At 23-20 overall, and 11-4 in MAC play, the Chippewas held onto their MAC West lead, despite the loss.
