Police found a 24-year-old Mt Pleasant woman slumped over her steering wheel after what appeared to be a heroin injection. The incident happened just before 8:00PM Monday in the parking lot at Culver’s restaurant. When paramedics and police woke the unresponsive woman, she began spitting at them and battling them. She was later arrested, and taken to jail after receiving medical attention.
