A Mason and Lake county judge will oversee the case of a Clare County employee accused of drunk driving. 55-year-old probate court juvenile register Steffi Brasington was arrested on March 12 for drunk driving and running from police. 55th Circuit Court judge Roy Mienk disqualified himself because he knows Brasington. Her re-arraignment is set for Monday at 11:30AM.
