A zoning amendment unanimously approved Monday by the Mt. Pleasant City Commission will allow for transitional housing, including a potential permanent homeless shelter. The I.C.R.H. Executive Director, Dee Obrecht, said it’ll allow the organization to offer hope & possibilities to those looking to become self-sufficient.
