The Central Michigan Chippewas softball team defeated Western Michigan 10-2 in five innings Wednesday at Margo Jonker Stadium. Rachael Knapp allowed a run in the first inning, but kept the Broncos off the board for the rest of the game. CMU exploded for six runs and six hits in the fifth, securing the victory.
