A Clare County employee’s drunk driving case was reassigned to an out of county judge. Probate court juvenile register Steffi Brasington was arrested for drunk driving and and running from police. The 55-year-old from Farwell could face up to three years in prison for the crimes. The judge who will preside over her case isn’t known at this time.
