Shepherd residents can expect new park equipment for this upcoming Spring. Over $14,600 worth of it will be added to Veteran’s Memorial Park on Wright Avenue. The funding comes from a grant from Mt. Pleasant Area Community Foundation & the Shepherd Community Foundation.
