A warrant was requested by the Isabella County Prosecutor for the arrest of a 55-year-old Chippewa Township man for domestic assault after an incident with a pot-bellied pig. According to the police record, the man became upset when he learned that his wife’s daughter had a pot belly pig in a trailer home on the 300 block of South Shepherd Road. He allegedly tried to take the keys to the truck away from his wife, she refuse, and he assaulted her. No arrest was made on the scene.
