Justin Verlander and Nicholas Castellanos were both sharp in the Detroit Tigers 2-1 spring training loss to the Atlanta Braves Thursday. Verlander lasted six innings, surrendering only two hits and one run, retiring 15 straight batters over his final five innings. Castellanos went two for three with two hard-hit balls in the loss.
