Michigan will receive more than $45 million in grants and loans from the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) to bring high-speed internet and clean water to rural communities. They are to provide $9.7 million in order to deliver the goods. (8) Michigan communities will benefit from it including Roscommon, Ogemaw & Saginaw Counties.
