The Central Michigan Chippewas softball team defeated Oakland 3-1 on Wednesday at Margo Jonker Stadium. Rachel Knapp struck out 10 and took a no-hitter into the seventh inning, giving CMU the win. The win was the 9th in a row for Knapp, who is now 9-3 on the season. The Chippewas improved to 15-7 overall.
