A Mt Pleasant traffic stop led to three suspects taken into custody and eight grams of heroin confiscated on January 22nd. At around 8:46PM, an officer made a stop between Mission and Anna streets. Three men were in the vehicle. The front seat passenger, 39-year-old Donald Halicek, was intoxicated and violating parole. 30-year-old driver Adam Dysinger was found driving with a restricted license and operating a vehicle without insurance. All three men were charged earlier this week.
