The trial for 38-year-old Gratiot County man Aaron Miller officially began on Monday. Miller faces counts of fourth degree criminal sexual conduct, indecent exposure and stalking. Police say he pursued a female acquaintance against her wishes. Witness testimony begins on Tuesday.
