Congratulations are in order for Quentin Tarantino. His New Beverly Cinema is set to reopen on June 1st after being closed for over a year due to COVID-19. Los Angeles movie theaters have been cleared to reopen at limited capacity. While it started off at 25 percent, which figured out to about a hundred people, the capacity has been doubled as the city moves into California’s orange tier. Tarantino has owned the building that houses the theater since 2007. It seats three hundred and is known for its double features shown on 35mm film, particularly of Tarantino’s movies.
