A parent has been arrested for the murder of their child in Tuscola County. The (1) year old child was in distress & possibly not breathing on Friday night when police arrived on the scene. Deputies immediately saw signs of possible neglect or abuse, which started an investigation. The child ended up succumbing to their injuries on Sunday at a Saginaw hospital.
