A Midland man remains jailed on a $200,000 bond after his recent card game dispute turned violent against a 14 year old. 41 year old, Mark Stewart, has been charged with felonies of assault with intent to do great bodily harm less than murder & interfering with electronic communications. He’s also been charged with a misdemeanor 2nd offense domestic violence & child abuse. A probable cause hearing is set at 1pm next Tuesday.
