A former Saginaw Township church youth leader accused of abusing children, a crime he was previously convicted of in North Carolina, is set to undergo a psychiatric evaluation before his local court case can proceed. 42-year-old Jonathan S. Russell is now facing charges in 2 Michigan counties for allegedly assaulting numerous children by exploiting his position in a local church.
