A Midland woman accused of trying to strangle her 14-year-old daughter & assaulting her 23-year old son, has pled no contest to 2 domestic violence felonies. 40-year-old Michelle Kilbreath was told by a Midland judge that pleading no contest is the same as pleading guilty. She’s set for sentencing at 2pm on January 18th. She’s out on a $5,000 cash bond.
