An Oakland County man is dead after he was struck by a vehicle while walking in the travel portion of a road in Saginaw County, last Thursday night. When police arrived on the scene, CPR was already being administered. The victims been identified as 52-year-old David Kowalczyk, from Oakland County. (KUH-VAHL-CHIK)
