The 59-year-old Gladwin County man who was shot & killed on Saturday allegedly by his roommate, was also a convicted murderer who recently was released from prison after serving 13 years for 2nd degree murder. Dale B. Mclaughlin’s life was taken after his sisters’ boyfriend, Terry Lee Verhelle, shot him.
