A Beaverton man is behind bars after being charged with assaulting corrections officers at the Isabella County Jail, while he was being lodged on other criminal charges. 30-year-old Garrett William Bauman is also charged with malicious destruction of fire or police property, including a leg iron while being restrained. He has prior offenses & will now face a judge.
