Drain commissioner arrested on DWI charges!

The Gratiot Co Drain Commissioner, Bernard Barnes, is now facing his 3^rd drunk driving charge. He was arrested on Sept. 5^th & charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, which is a felony. After his arrest he was taken to the Gratiot Co Jail & booked.
