A Midland man with 6 felonies may be eligible for mental health court on charges of breaking into a home and retreating to wearing the homeowners clothing, insisting he lived there. 36 year old Joseph Saunders, was in court last Thursday to answer to the charges. The cases were adjourned stemming from crimes May of 22 & Feb of 23.
