A woman who accused a former tattoo artist of sexually assaulting her while covering up the name of her ex-boyfriend, matter of factly described the alleged incident to an Isabella County jury on Monday afternoon. She claims the assault started soon after Scott Ray Kellogg II starting inking her on March 10, 2021. She also stated the assault happened “repeatedly!”
