Add Tom Sizemore’s name to the growing list of alleged sexual predators. It was revealed that he was kicked off a film set in 2003 of “Born Killers” after he was accused of fondling an 11-year-old girl.
Tom was reportedly forced to leave the Utah set after the girl told her parents that he’d touched her private parts. Months later, he was able to return to a set in Malibu to finish the film. By then, the parents didn’t want to press charges.
The girl, who’s now a 26-year-old actress herself, didn’t comment on the situation. However, she has hired a lawyer to explore legal action against Tom and her parents. Meanwhile, he’s not to addressing the issue. His agent Stephen Rice said, “Our position is ‘no comment.’”
- While molestation may be a surprise for some Sizemore fans, his legal troubles are well known – most of them involve violence and drugs.
