Four Seasons Floral Thief Returns to Shepherd

The late-night shoplifter returned to Four Seasons Floral in Shepherd. Once again, security footage shows the woman stealing from the shop late at night. Police say she’s stolen about $600 worth of property. She was described as a woman in her 40s or 50s with short hair and black-rimmed glasses, and wearing scrubs in both security videos.
