The Great Lakes Loons dominated the Lake County Captains 9-0 on Tuesday at Dow Diamond. The win was the fourth in five games for the Loons. Devin Smeltzer pitched six shutout innings, allowing only two hits with eight strikeouts for the win. Brendon Davis also added his second home run of the season, one of his three RBI on the afternoon.
