A fire this morning closed a portion of downtown Alma. The Alma Fire Department responded to a call around 4:00AM at 117 Superior Street, which houses the Superior Street Barber Shop, among others. Superior Street from Wright Avenue remains closed at this time. Traffic signals in the area are also out.
