The Central Michigan Chippewas defeated Missouri State 7-4 on Sunday, taking the weekend series from the Bears 2-1. Pat Leatherman picked up his first win since February 24th, allowing one run on three hits with six strikeouts over five innings. Daniel Jipping led CMU offensively with a two-run home run, giving the Chippewas the early 2-0 lead.
