A 70-year-old Crystal man was released from jail on Monday after killing 46-year-old Winn man Duane Ryckman in an accident on Blanchard Road on Sunday. He remains unnamed by police pending arraignment. Formal charges are pending blood tests. Police believe alcohol was a factor in the crash.
