The Detroit Pistons picked up a statement win, 106-101 over the Cleveland Cavaliers Thursday night at the Palace. The Pistons opened the fourth quarter on a 13-0 run to push them to victory. Reggie Jackson and Andre Drummond combined for 20 of Detroit’s 33 fourth-quarter points in the win.
