The city of Alma reached a settlement with the family of a woman struck and killed by a Dial-A-Ride bus in 2015. 62-year-old Mildred Griffith and her husband were trying to catch their dog on September 2nd, 2015 when she fell. Bus driver Diane Fuller saw the dog, but was unaware that Griffith fell. When Fuller resumed her route, she ran over Griffith killing her.
