The Mt Pleasant City Commission voted 5-1 on Monday for a facility licensing agreement that doesn’t include per game fees to use fields at Island Park and Pickens Field in Mt Pleasant. The commission initially discussed the possibility of charging $18 per game for Little League, and $20 per game for youth softball. Allison Quast Lents cast the dissenting vote. The fees would have raised about $4,000.
