Isabella County Central Dispatch plans to conduct a test of the CodeRED emergency notification system between 4:00 and 5:00PM today. Anyone who’s signed up for the service and doesn’t receive a test call is encouraged to call Central Dispatch at 989.773.1000. All Isabella County residents can enroll in the service for free.
