Mt Pleasant Police arrested a suspect in the parking lot outside of Chase Run Apartments early Sunday morning after they found him intoxicated and screaming obscenities. The 34-year-old walked away from police when they told him to stop, and a struggle ensued while police tried to detain him. He remains in Isabella County Jail pending arraignment.
