The Michigan State Spartans topped Wisconsin 84-74 Sunday in their final game of the season at the Breslin Center. Nick Ward finished with a game-high 22 points on 9 of 12 shooting with nine rebounds for MSU. Miles Bridges added 17 in the win. The Spartans improved to 18-11 on the season, 10-6 in the Big Ten with the win.
