A 45-year-old Flint man whose been in the Isabella County Jail for the past 5 months, has now been ordered to stand trial for the June 6th murder of Scott Eckert, of Beaverton. 45-year-old Michael Brian Durbin II also faces other charges in both Gladwin & Isabella Counties related to the murder & aftermath. A trial date in Gladwin has yet to be set.
