The search for the new Alma public safety director will move forward. Current director David Walsh formalized plans to retire on April 13th. The Michigan Municipal League met with the city to develop a profile for the position on Monday. MML now plans to assist the city in the development and distribution of a job positing, perform background checks, and conduct preliminary interviews.
