The Detroit Pistons defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 121-102 Wednesday night at the Palace. The Pistons shot 56 percent for the game. Andre Drummond led all scorers with 24 points and 17 rebounds, while Jon Leuer added 20. Detroit now holds the eighth seed in the Eastern Conference.
