The Central Michigan Chippewas struggled in their Mid-American Conference opener, falling 85-63 to Eastern Michigan in Ypsilanti. Marcus Keene led the Chippewas with 22 points in the loss. The 10-4 Chippewas face another tough test, traveling to 8-6 Northern Illinois on Saturday.
